Respect the MLF Motto
Work to extend the life of the great sport of fishing. Education and career benefits play a major role in attracting young people to the sport in the future. If we teach the sport, we will create opportunities to transfer knowledge.
Family, fun, and fishing. We must get families fishing, boating and watching fishing. We will protect our fisheries through conservation, so they will always be there for generations to come.
Leave a better league. In order to create a profession, we need to leave our successors a better league than we left it. Value needs to be created through benefits and risk. We plan to build a resourceful association through our partners. We will work hand in hand with the local, state and federal governments to advance the sport and the league through partnerships and grants that benefit the anglers.
MLFAA will enhance and defend the image of Anglers and their profession on and off the water. We will create and manage sub-committees to help facilitate economic, social, conservation, and charitable events for our anglers and the MLF Foundation.
